Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker in the Cabinets department, where you will be instrumental in building the insides of signs. This role requires a mechanically inclined individual who is adept with hand tools and drills, and can efficiently manage various tasks in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Build the insides of signs in the Cabinets department.
Use hand tools, drills, and a nail gun with proficiency.
Perform medium to heavy lifting as required.
Operate hand power tools effectively.
Assemble and palletize shipments.
Pull, pack, and load items as needed.
Work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Maintain strong teamwork and communication skills.
Pay attention to details to ensure quality work.
Essential Skills
1+ year of machine operator experience in manufacturing, specifically in assembly work.
Experience using a tape measure and a power drill.
Ability to lift between 20lbs to 40lbs.

Work Environment
Work in a spacious warehouse environment with areas dedicated to manufacturing, shipping/receiving, assembly, and testing. The facility is clean but not temperature controlled, resulting in cooler conditions in winter and hotter conditions in summer. The dress code is casual, allowing for jeans and a t-shirt, with safety glasses and hearing protection provided. Steel-toed boots are required for safety.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
