Job Title: Carpenter Foreman
Job Description
Join our team as a Carpenter Foreman overseeing projects at various sites within the Grand Rapids and Holland Area. This role involves managing multifamily projects ranging from 15 to 250 unit apartment complexes. As a Working Foreman, you will provide day-to-day direct communication to a crew of 3-4 individuals.
Responsibilities
Oversee the construction and completion of multifamily projects at different sites.
Provide daily communication and direction to a crew of 3-4 team members.
Coordinate and ensure the quality of trim carpentry work.
Read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and scopes accurately.
Essential Skills
Experience in multifamily construction projects.
Proficiency in trim carpentry.
Previous experience as a Lead or Working Foreman.
Ability to read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and scopes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
