Rebound Home & Community Therapies is seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapists (PT) to provide high-quality therapy services that help clients maximize their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
- Educate clients and caregivers to promote continued success.
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain compliance with agency policies and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PT program.
- Current Michigan licensure in the applicable discipline.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous clinical experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
