General Purpose
The PowerSchool Senior Technician will assist NC RESA and constituent district’s using PowerSchool. Working under the direction of the SIS Coordinator, the PowerSchool Senior Technician assists with state and federal reporting, data quality monitoring, enrollment and scheduling processes, training, and day-to-day end-user support, and serves as an approachable first point of contact for district and building staff. This position works closely with district staff, school leaders, and school staff to ensure timely, accurate, and effective use of the student information system.
