Program Coordinator, Enterprise TechnologyPosition Summary
The Program Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of key leadership events, governance forums, and strategic initiatives within the organization. This role partners closely with program leads, executive leadership, business stakeholders, and administrative teams to ensure successful delivery of cross-functional programs, events, and operational activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination & Event Support
Support the planning and execution of enterprise-wide leadership events, including Town Halls, All Hands meetings, governance forums, and executive sessions.
Assist with venue logistics, audio-visual coordination, attendee management, communications, and event preparation activities.
Serve as an on-site point of contact during live events, ensuring smooth execution and resolution of logistical issues.
Coordinate with administrative teams and business partners to align schedules, resources, and event requirements.
Assist in developing and managing agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and documentation for leadership meetings and governance forums.
Project & Program Management Support
Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned to organizational objectives.
Coordinate activities across multiple business functions, including Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Information Technology.
Track project progress, monitor action items, and identify potential schedule or resource risks.
Partner with project leads to facilitate efficient collaboration among internal teams and external vendors.
Help ensure projects and programs are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Operational Excellence & Reporting
Maintain accurate documentation, meeting notes, governance records, and program repositories.
Develop status reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate project progress and key metrics.
Provide data analysis and reporting to support leadership reviews, business decisions, and continuous improvement efforts.
Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities that increase operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership and executive support teams.
Facilitate collaboration across departments to support shared goals, priorities, and timelines.
Escalate risks, dependencies, and issues appropriately while helping coordinate mitigation plans.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when supporting leaders, teams, and event participants.
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide flexible support during high-volume event cycles and peak business periods.
Assist with scheduling, resource coordination, action-item tracking, and follow-up activities.
Support governance processes and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in program coordination, project coordination, event management, administrative operations, or related business support functions.
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a large corporate environment.
Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.48 - $35.48/hr.
