Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Process Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Process Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Process Maintenance Technician
Location: TRAVERSE CITY, MI
Pay Range: $49920 - $76440
Shift: 6 P.M. - 6 A.M. Rotating Schedule
What's the Job?
Install, maintain, and repair machinery including blown film lines and conversion machines
Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper operation
Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs efficiently
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and physical structures
Order and manage maintenance supplies and parts inventory
What's Needed?
Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably plastics
Knowledge of electrical circuits, motor circuits, and 480 VAC power systems
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Skilled in fabrication and repair using mills, lathes, welders, and other tools
Basic computer skills including email and maintenance software
