Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Technician to support end-user technology at its Lakeview, MI manufacturing facility. This individual will serve as the primary onsite IT resource, providing hands-on support across the plant while partnering with remote infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.
This role is critical to supporting a July scanner device rollout (touchless login/badge system), as well as ongoing IT support and upcoming network-related initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting
Ability to provide hands-on, onsite IT support independently
Strong communication skills and comfort supporting non-technical users in a plant environment
Willingness to work fully onsite in Lakeview, MI
Reliable transportation (given rural location) Exposure to IT infrastructure or networking concepts
Experience with:
PC imaging, setup, and deployment
Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
Familiarity with manufacturing or plant environments
Previous IT support, help desk, or PC technician experience (internship or entry-level acceptable)
