Responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting functions of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), and adherence to internal accounting policies and procedures; manage the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements; ensure timely and accurate financial close processes in accordance with corporate deadlines; manage plant-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including variance analysis against actual results and identification of financial risks and opportunities; maintain and enforce internal control systems, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, audit readiness, and safeguarding of financial data integrity; oversee inventory controls, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of reported inventory balances; oversee cost accounting activities, including standard costing, bill of materials (BOM) analysis, and analysis of manufacturing cost drivers; perform variance analysis related to purchase price variance (PPV), labor, overhead absorption, scrap, freight, and other production-related costs; manage capital expenditure (CapEx) planning, tracking, and reporting, including evaluation of project costs, asset capitalization, and compliance with corporate capital policies; provide financial guidance and reporting to senior management and operational leadership regarding financial performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), cost trends, and operational efficiency; lead, supervise, and develop accounting and finance personnel, including assignment of duties, review of work, and oversight of month-end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables; utilize financial systems and tools, including ERP systems, IBM Planning Analytics, and advanced Excel, to support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis; ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems; utilize and apply knowledge of financial accounting/reporting, P&L, balance sheets, budgeting/forecasting/financial planning, CMS, IBM Planning Analytics, financial planning tools, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Financial KPI tracking, operational performance analysis, financial consolidation/reporting tools, and manufacturing environment CMS ERP systems to perform duties; support operational departments including manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain in analyzing cost structures, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and improving financial performance; monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders; ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulatory requirements; and participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
