Qualifications
- Experience in Adult Foster Care, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, or a similar senior care setting.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of resident care, medication administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to safely assist residents with transfers and other physical caregiving tasks.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- CNA, LPN, RN, or equivalent caregiving experience is preferred.
