Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to supervise a team in the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Roofing, and Drywall Installation
Key Responsibilities
Work on sites affected by water, fire, and smoke damage
Manage daily activities of the team assigned to the project
Diagnose and perform plumbing repairs and installations
Ensure the work area remains stocked with materials
Delegate other duties as needed
Participate in emergency response efforts when required
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Team Leadership
Knowledge of construction materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Sheetrock installation and repair
Texturing, painting, and trim work
Cabinet installation and repair
Experience with framing, structural carpentry, and finish carpentry (preferred)
Installing baseboards, casing, interior doors, and related finish carpentry
Ability to safely and effectively use power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns
Demolition and project clean-up
Property board-up experience (preferred)
Valid driver's license with a good driving record and DOT Certified (preferred)
Commitment to following OSHA, company safety rules and regulations, OSHA 10/30 Certified (preferred)
Strong verbal and basic digital communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Customer service mindset
Thrive in fast-paced and challenging environments
2+ years of plumbing experience (licensed preferred)
