Job Title: Carpenter Foreman Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to lead and manage construction projects at various sites within the Grand Rapids and Holland area. The projects range from 15 to 250 unit apartment complexes. The role involves being a working foreman on multifamily projects and requires providing day-to-day direct communication to a crew of 3-4 members.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage carpentry projects at multiple sites.
Ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
Provide direct communication and guidance to a crew of 3-4 carpenters.
Oversee trim carpentry work on multifamily apartment complexes.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in trim carpentry.
Extensive experience in multifamily construction projects.
Demonstrated ability as a lead or working foreman.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
