Angel at Heart is an in-home health care company looking to add more Caregivers to our team. Our clients are spread all over northern Michigan and we are rapidly expanding. We are willing to train the right people. Currently seeking caregivers for the Atlanta, Hillman, and Posen area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles and with dressing and grooming.
• Bathe patients and help with daily living activities.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, washing and/or ironing laundry, cleaning, or assisting with their personal care.
• Entertain, converse with, or read aloud to patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Plan, purchase, prepare and/or serve meals to patient and/or family members according to prescribed diets.
• Check patient vital signs.
• Provide patient and family members with emotional support and instructions for caring for patient, independent living, or adapting to disability or illness.
• Perform a variety of other duties as requested by manager or patient.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be 18+.
