Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience
At least 1.5 years recruiting for hourly manufacturing, production, technician, inspector, or skilled trade positions
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Job Duties
Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions
Source candidates through social media, networking, database searches, and referrals
Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies
Prepare offers, coordinate background checks, and support onboarding activities
Maintain accurate recruiting records within the ATS
Participate in career fairs and recruitment events
Support talent acquisition initiatives and process improvement projects
Physical Capabilities
Ability to travel occasionally within the assigned region
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
