Job Title: Liner Technician (Temporary Position with Potential for Permanent Employment)

Job Summary:
American Liner Systems, LLC is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Liner Technicians. This is a temporary position with the potential to become a permanent, full-time role based on performance and company needs. Liner Technicians are responsible for assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of geomembrane liner systems used in environmental, agricultural, industrial, and water-management applications.
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and is willing to travel to job sites throughout the region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of geomembrane liners, including HDPE, PVC, and reinforced polypropylene materials.
- Prepare job sites by grading, cleaning, and positioning liner materials.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized installation equipment.
- Assist with welding, seaming, and testing liner systems to ensure quality and durability.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Read and follow project plans, specifications, and safety procedures.
- Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Follow all company and job-site safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous construction, labor, welding, or liner installation experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Must be willing to travel and stay overnight as needed.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when project schedules require.

Work Environment:
