Location: Dearborn, MI
Pay Rate: $42.31/hour
Schedule: Hybrid position, 4 days per week in the office

Education Requirements
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field required
PhD preferred
Experience Requirements
4+ years of experience applying statistical analysis, machine learning, or predictive modeling techniques
3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and cloud-based analytics platforms
Experience with C++, MATLAB, Simulink, DSP, sensor processing, embedded controls, and diagnostics systems
Knowledge of machine learning, causal inference, PCA, ANOVA, clustering, neural networks, and time-series analytics preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
Develop and deploy predictive maintenance and prognostic models
Design Remaining Useful Life (RUL) and fault detection algorithms
Build machine learning and physics-based hybrid models
Analyze large-scale telemetry and sensor data using Python, SQL, and cloud tools
Support signal processing and multi-sensor diagnostic systems
Translate algorithms into optimized C++ code for embedded systems
Validate solutions through simulation, testing, and production implementation
Collaborate with engineering and subject matter experts across multiple disciplines
