As a Shipping/Receiving Associate with Forklift Experience, you will be part of Warehouse Operations supporting the Shipping and Receiving departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate (Forklift Experience)
Location: Walker, MI
Assist the Warehouse, Shipping, and Receiving teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
Perform picking and packing functions efficiently and accurately
Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and scissor lifts safely
Work in designated roles including Shipping Associate, Receiving Associate, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, or Inventory Control Associate
Maintain safety rules and procedures throughout the shift to ensure a secure working environment
What's Needed?
High School diploma/GED or at least one year of equivalent work experience
Experience in at least two warehouse areas such as picking, freight prep, material handling, or crate building
Minimum 1 year Forklift operation experience required
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
