Our client, the automotive industry, is seeking a Project Planning Analyst to join their team. As a Project Planning Analyst, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting cross-functional teams involved in vehicle development and manufacturing.
Job Title: Project Planning Analyst
Location: Auburn Hills, MI / Warren, MI and Detroit, MI Assembly Plants
What's the Job?
Coordinate general and detailed scheduling of vehicle projects to ensure timely execution
Create and manage bulletins and responses to support project communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare governance decks and product action requests
Ensure labor, validation, and prototype financial targets are met
Manage vehicle build plans and delivery schedules to support validation and launch activities
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business from an ABET-accredited university
Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-directed process management skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills suitable for a collaborative environment
Excellent written and presentation skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
