We're looking for energetic, guest-focused team members to join our Food & Beverage Team and help deliver an awesome experience every day. ??
What You'll Do
?? Bring the Energy
Be enthusiastic, confident, and demonstrate the Merlin Values in every guest interaction.
?? Create Memorable Guest Experiences
Seek out opportunities to engage with guests and help make their visit fun and memorable.
?? Support Safe & Smooth Operations
Help manage guest lines and maintain a safe, positive experience during busy periods.
??? Keep Things Looking Great
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked public areas to create a welcoming environment.
?? Follow Daily Procedures
Complete opening and closing responsibilities to help keep the attraction running smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
?? About You
?? You bring positive energy, love interacting with people, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
? 6 months-1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
?? Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment
?? Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
? Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
?? Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments
?? Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
? Most importantly, you're reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to help create unforgettable LEGO® adventures every day! ????
