Production Supervisor – 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Elkton, MI
We're hiring two Production Supervisors to lead manufacturing operations on 2nd Shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and 3rd Shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) in a fast-paced automotive stamping environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support production teams to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Monitor production performance, downtime, and changeovers
- Coordinate staffing and workflow to maximize efficiency
- Partner with maintenance, quality, and materials teams to resolve production issues
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement on the production floor
What We're Looking For:
- Automotive stamping manufacturing experience required
- Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
