The Role
We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated full-time Fire and Water Restoration Technician. You will assist clients during overwhelming times by performing mitigation and cleanup at residential and commercial properties. Key tasks include using drying equipment, removing unsalvageable materials, and protecting customer belongings.

Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (plus workload-dependent overtime).
- Pay: $21.00 – $32.00/hour, commensurate with experience.
- Requirements: Must pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record.
Key Duties & Requirements:
- Core Work: Perform IICRC-standard mitigation, restoration, and demolition (removing materials, hauling trash).
- Site Management: Safely load/unload equipment and carefully protect client property during projects.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Reliability: Arrive punctually, complete daily time sheets, and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility: Adapt to perform additional related job functions as needed.
