Location: Remote EST Duration: 4 month contract Position Description: * Functional Lead for initial WalkMe implementation including setup, configuration, and rollout - bring questions, issues, etc. * Support ongoing optimization and ownership after professional services transition * Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into guided user experiences * Create and maintain user flows, walkthroughs, and training content (CBT/digital adoption) * Support UAT efforts, including coordination, testing, and feedback tracking * Write and manage user stories in Jira / Agile tools (Agility, VersionOne, etc.) * Participate in Agile ceremonies and support project delivery timelines * Document processes, decisions, and meeting notes (heavy note-taking required) Required Skills: * Hands-on experience with WalkMe or similar Digital Adoption / CBT tools * Strong understanding of how training materials should be setup * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Experience with project coordination or project management * Working knowledge of Agile methodology * Experience writing user stories in Jira or similar tools * UAT experience (test planning, execution, defect tracking) * Strong communication skills and ability to take clear, thorough notes * Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
