The Gogebic-Ontonagon Intermediate School District (GOISD) seeks a highly skilled, collaborative, and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Special Education & Student Health and Wellness Services Departments. In this role, the BCBA will work closely with the GOISD team to provide essential behavioral support and consultation to students, educators, and families across our local districts and center-based programs. The BCBA will develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance outcomes for students with moderate to significant behavioral challenges.
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or ability to obtain
- Other valid licenses, certifications, approvals, and registrations required to practice as a BCBA in the State of Michigan
Location: Gogebic & Ontonagon Counties
Compensation: Per the terms of the GOISDEA Master Agreement
