Requirements:

3 to 5 year of experience in construction trades (demo, drywall, finish carpentry, some plumbing and electrical, flooring, painting, etc)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to grow in the business and to have a career that has a future and room for advancement.
- Must have a vehicle to be able to drive to the sites.
