Manage development and implementation of global harmonized and aligned group guidelines within controlling and accounting principles. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports. Collaborate with global business leadership to ensure EBIT, CAPEX and Cash Flow targets are met throughout the fiscal year and to oversee budget for new business and technologies. Manage monthly closing activities to ensure data consistency, transparency, and enforcement of timelines within global Swoboda Controlling organization. Prepare and implement standardized and management-oriented reports presented during monthly financial reviews and quarterly reviews. Monitor regulatory compliance related to research and development activities and risk management efforts for international bank transactions.
