Clinical Supervisor – Community Based Crisis
Provides clinical and administrative supervision to a clinical team. Coordinates with internal and external providers to assure availability of the full range of mental health services. Responsibilities include oversight of community-based crisis intervention, specifically BABH Mobile Response Team (MRT), Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT), jail, court, and police liaison positions. Responsibilities may include some oversite of other special projects and programs directly operated by the agency.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work, or counseling with current Michigan licensure appropriate to field of study required. Two years of post-graduate experience in behavioral health is required. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Must have the ability to demonstrate/acquire competence related to IS applications. Strong customer service and communication skills required.
Salary
Salary range of $73,659 – $88,340
