Armed Security Officer
Position Summary
Foxtrot Security Group is seeking professional Armed Security Officers to protect people, property, and assets while responding to emergencies with professionalism, sound judgment, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct armed patrols of assigned properties.
- Protect life and property.
- Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and alarms.
- De-escalate conflicts whenever possible.
- Complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
- Preserve crime scenes and assist law enforcement.
- Control facility access and monitor security systems.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Michigan Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Michigan Security Guard Registration
- Concealed Pistol License (CPL)
- Firearm Qualification
- CPR/AED, First Aid
- Military, Law Enforcement, Corrections, or Security experience
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Wear duty equipment for extended shifts
- Work indoors and outdoors year-round
Pay: Ranges are from $18-$23 an hour depending on Certifications, licenses, education, and experience. Also offering salary positions, and multiple locations determine rate of pay.
