Lead mechanical engineering programs for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and automotive sensor modules; Analyze customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from a
mechanical perspective to define technical requirements, prepare engineering master sections, and develop detailed mechanical Bills of Materials (BOMs) for structural, thermal, and vibrationcritical components; Develop and maintain mechanical Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Design Verification Plans (DVPs) to evaluate mechanical stresses,
fatigue, sealing performance, and durability, and implement corrective design actions to enhance product quality, reliability, and safety; Coordinate and review detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings; Plan and oversee mechanical validation testing, and drive design modifications to resolve mechanical failures and improve product robustness; Execute mechanical prototype builds in alignment with Engineering BOMs and design specifications; Prepare and maintain a comprehensive openissue list for mechanical design and validation items, track risk and mitigation plans, and coordinate with design, test, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams to resolve issues and prevent program delays.
