Process Controls Engineer
Boiler, Cooling Tower & Water Treatment Systems
Position Summary
We are seeking a Process Controls Engineer with hands-on experience supporting and optimizing industrial utility systems, including boilers, cooling towers, water treatment, and associated process controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC/DCS control systems, instrumentation, process optimization, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications
• 3+ years of Process Controls or Automation Engineering experience
• Experience with one or more of the following: industrial boilers, steam systems, cooling towers, and/or water treatment systems.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Modicon)
• DCS experience (Honeywell, DeltaV, ABB, IFix)
• Instrumentation experience: flow, pressure, temperature, conductivity, pH, and level controls
• Control loop tuning, startup/commissioning, root cause analysis, and reliability engineering
