Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious individual to perform compactor box change-outs at a local paper mill in Menominee, Michigan. This position is available on an as-needed, call-in basis and is ideal for someone who is flexible, reliable, and available during overnight and evening hours.

Schedule

• On-call, as-needed work
• Call-in times may range from 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Must be available to respond to call-in requests

Responsibilities

• Perform compactor box change-outs at an industrial facility
• Operate a roll-off truck safely and efficiently
• Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel
• Complete assigned work in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required
• CDL not required
• Ability to safely work in an industrial environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment or roll-off trucks is preferred, but not required
• Training will be provided for the right candidate
