Who We're Looking For:

Automotive Technical Knowledge
No previous experience required.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete maintenance and repairs accurately, efficiently, and according to repair orders, manufacturer guidelines, and Lithia standards.
Document all diagnostic procedures, repairs performed, test results, and labor time accurately using dealership systems and timekeeping procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while properly caring for tools, equipment, shop supplies, and customer vehicles.
Complete required technical training, maintain applicable manufacturer and ASE certifications, and communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and dealership leadership.
