Why Work Here?
You will join a company that values internal growth and provides clear opportunities to advance into lead and supervisory roles. The organization typically promotes from within, offering a path for motivated individuals to grow their careers. Employees receive yearly raises and may be eligible for bonuses, along with bi-weekly pay once hired directly. The company offers paid holidays, including time off from Christmas through New Year's, and provides comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, with both a free option and enhanced plans available. All required personal protective equipment is supplied, including steel-toe footwear for contract employees, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and employee support.
Work Environment
This role operates on a first shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., working four 10-hour days. Overtime is rare, supporting a consistent and predictable workweek. The work takes place on a manufacturing floor that is dirty but organized and well lit. The facility is not climate controlled, so it can be very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter months. The environment smells like paint, and there are hi-los and other equipment moving through the area at all times, requiring strong situational awareness and adherence to safety practices. Personal protective equipment is provided, and steel-toed boots or shoes are required. Team members often work alone in the pump room, with their primary point of contact being the supervisor, so comfort working independently is important.
