We are looking for someone who is positive thinking with supervisor / Team Lead, OWNERSHIP mindset, experience, or lead experience preferred, who can lead the afternoon crew 4 to 9pm. This person would have great customer service skills and interact with the customers daily, POS Point of Sale Register experience. They need to be the “traffic cop” of orders and prioritize the order they are to be filled.
Need great time management skills with order priority. Fast Food, Pizza, or fast paced restaurant experience is a plus. SERV Safe food handling certification a plus.
Must be 20 years or older. Or have a proven track record with the skills we are pursuing.
Must be honest, loyal, and customer focused, with the ability to direct a team to do and be the same.
Ability to work as a team member, inspire when times are rushed, also willing to work the line (building Grinders and Pizza's) when needed.
Ability to be flexible as each day can be different, we never know when a rush may come, so we need fast thinkers and discipline during the rush hours.
Ability to follow process and procedures set by Management.
Lead Closing activities after 8pm, Cleaning, Setup for am shift the next day, security, and follow a checklist
The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. This person would need to have availability 5 days a week with Friday and Saturdays being a must.
Pay range is based on experience. Phone interviews are available, followed by personal interview with leadership.
