Responsible for the strategic planning, operational management, and business development of the company in the North American market. Plan and implement business strategies to expand Ito Electronics USA, Inc.’s presence and market share within North America. Oversee the Electronics Manufacturing & Services (EMS) business, including performance management and day-to-day operations, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing customers to support ongoing business activities and ensure
long-term partnerships. Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities, including the acquisition of new customers and suppliers to enhance revenue and market coverage. Collaborate closely with Ito Electronics Co., Ltd. in Japan to support headquarters’ sales activities and manage efficient product delivery and communication channels with the U.S. office. Supervise back-office functions including accounting, finance, HR, and general administration, ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations and internal policies. Lead the planning and development of a new semiconductor private brand initiative, contributing to the overall group strategy of Ito Electronics.
