We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Data Entry Specialist to support a fast-paced office environment. This role is responsible for processing high volumes of administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring documentation is completed efficiently and correctly. Responsibilities
Enter permit and project-related information into internal databases and tracking systems.
Scan, organize, and electronically maintain documents and records.
Prepare and generate standard correspondence, letters, and document inspection results accurately in company systems.
Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and other tracking tools.
Review data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
Organize and manage digital files to ensure information is easily accessible.
Follow established procedures and workflows to maintain compliance and data integrity.
Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous administrative, clerical, data entry, or document processing experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
Proficient with general computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
Work Environment
The position will be on-site with a schedule that may vary based on the candidate's needs. Standard hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility potentially offered.

This is a Contract position based out of Macomb, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
