Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, ADAS, and hybrid technologies
Perform repairs according to Ford and dealership standards
Complete all work in compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer requirements
Conduct road tests and quality control inspections to ensure repairs are completed correctly
Document diagnostics, repair procedures, and labor operations
Mentor and support apprentice and entry-level technicians when needed
Maintain required tools and a safe, organized work environment
What You'll Bring?
Current Ford Senior Master Certification
Ford dealership service experience
Diagnostic and repair expertise
Experience with Ford systems, technology, and repair procedures
Familiar with flat-rate productivity goals
Team-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
ASE Certifications
4 or more years advanced electrical diagnostics
3 or more years advanced hybrid, EV, and ADAS systems
