- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in Title IX, equal opportunity or related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience investigating, reporting and training in the following areas: Title IX, Equal Opportunity, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Strong public speaking and report writing skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Additionally, experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and crisis management to address sensitive issues related to Title IX and equal opportunity cases.
- Experience investigating and resolving complaints alleging discrimination or harassment, including sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, sexual assault or sexual violence, and knowledge of pertinent issues in a university environment.
