Technical skills:

SiteKiosk Online administration and on-prem-to-SaaS migration experience (2+ years, ideally with a prior migration project)
Windows 10/11 endpoint/kiosk lockdown management (5+ years)
Microsoft Entra ID/MFA/SSO integration, for Workday self-service (3+ years)
Infrastructure migration planning/cutover (3+ years)
Network/security troubleshooting - DNS, proxy, firewall, VPN (4+ years)

Soft skills:

Team player
Vendor and stakeholder coordination
Good verbal and written communication skills
