TITLE: Program Manager – Mining
EMPLOYER: Rolls-Royce Solutions America Inc.
DUTIES: Manage, direct, collaborate, and support the implementation of Mining programs and strategies within RRSA and RRS Brazil ensuring all requirements are fulfilled and deadlines met. Identify challenges facing Mining customer and develop solutions aimed at the resolution and optimization of MTU engine and propulsion programs service and parts support. Oversee the planning, direction, and monitoring of Mining Service, Maintenance Activities and Sales Program(s) to ensure deadlines are met and goals are accomplished. Develop and maintain procedures and records for Mining Service and Sales Program(s). Determine timeframe, budget and other resources necessary for project/program implementation. Prepare project reports to keep management abreast of status throughout entire project. Formulate project plans aimed at developing or improving MTU engine models, components systems and sales activities. Work with various subcontractors, partners, and suppliers to meet RRSA sales and service objectives. Represent RRSA in meetings with customers, suppliers and industry groups.
LOCATION: Novi, MI (Up to 50% telework permitted)
Up to 50% domestic and international travel required.
