Phil & Lee's Homes is looking for a motivated, people-first Junior Sales Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning the home-building and manufactured housing business, and growing into a full sales role. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Greet and assist customers in the sales center and on model home tours
• Answer questions about home models, features, pricing, and financing options
• Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text to keep opportunities moving
• Support senior sales staff with quotes, contracts, and customer coordination
• Attend open houses, home shows, and community events to generate new leads
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/lead tracker
• Learn our product line, financing process, and sales process
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working with customers in person, over the phone, and by email
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our sales software
• Organized with good attention to detail and follow-through
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required
• Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required
