We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced Project Manager / Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our job sites. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing construction and maintenance projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. You will serve as the primary link between office management, field crews, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring safety, quality control, and work progress from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

Field Supervision & Leadership:

Direct, manage, and coordinate daily field operations, crew assignments, and equipment usage.

Supervise on-site staff and subcontractors to ensure work adheres to project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential hazards, quality issues, or delays.

Project Management & Planning:

Work closely with upper management to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

Monitor project schedules, track progress against milestones, and implement adjustments as needed.

Coordinate the delivery of materials, tools, and supplies to sites to ensure uninterrupted work flow.

Communication & Compliance:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, property managers, and inspectors on-site, providing clear updates and professional customer service.

Maintain accurate daily logs, time cards, safety reports, and project documentation.

Enforce company policies, OSHA standards, and local building codes on every job site.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of experience in field supervision, project management, or a related role within construction or facilities management.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse crews and subcontractors effectively.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction plans, blueprints, safety protocols, and industry standards.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, time management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to lift heavy equipment/materials as required by field conditions.
