Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Warehouse Loader to support daily warehouse operations by loading delivery trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, repackaging products, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This role is responsible for accurately preparing products for delivery while maintaining inventory rotation standards and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities
Load delivery trucks according to established loading standards and delivery schedules.
Verify truck loads for accuracy based on assigned orders and route requirements.
Rotate inventory in the warehouse and on delivery trucks to maintain product freshness and minimize expired inventory.
Clean and repackage products in accordance with established quality standards.
Identify damaged or expired products and properly dispose of approved items following company procedures.
Assist with inventory organization and material handling activities.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by disposing of trash, sweeping floors, and operating floor cleaning equipment as needed.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Previous warehouse, loading, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions around moving equipment.
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Work Experience
Previous warehouse, loading, shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution experience preferred.
