Responsible for establishing routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, quality plans, and labor standards for revisions to current operations and new parts or programs; provide support and troubleshooting for current operations, including investigating, gathering, and analyzing data to implement solutions; support the innovation and implementation of cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvement engineering ideas/concepts; conduct in-circuit testing of PCB assemblies using Teradyne and CHECKSUM 12KN systems; debug and develop test programs to ensure reliability and quality; analyze failures, resolve test coverage gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve yield and reduce downtime; support automation initiatives including developing vision-guided robotics (VGR) solutions with UR10 collaborative robots and FANUC robotic arms for material handling and inspection; develop and provide documentation on ICT debugging, automation processes, and robotics integration; apply electronic tools across a broad range of applications, including e-builds, modeling, and simulations; develop and implement plans to support lean manufacturing throughout client production operations; design operations layouts, and improve material flow and material presentation; lead studies related to engineering capacity, energy, productivity, and efficiency; lead the analysis, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technology; utilize and apply knowledge of MATLAB, C/C++, LabVIEW, Logic design, Digital Logic Design, pattern recognition, solid state device theory, embedded systems applications, image analysis and computer vision, and Discrete and Continuous Signals and Systems to perform assigned duties; and analyze and make modifications to existing performance pay plans, as well as assist in the development of baseline data for new performance pay plans.

Salary: $95,534 per year;
Education: Bachelors – Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
