Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3 years of developing, creating, and modifying general computer applications software or specialized utility programs (StreetSmart, Centralized Pricing, or similar). 3 years of analyzing user needs and developing software solutions. 3 years of optimizing efficiency by designing software or customizing software programs (Java, Appian, or similar). 3 years of developing programs or scripts according to specifications and established coding standards. 3 years of analyzing, reviewing, and testing for accuracy and optimal implementation of developed solutions. 3 years of analyzing current business systems, determining scope and estimate for tasks related to issues to be resolved. 3 years of performing integrated testing of systems for accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance. 3 years of constructing various software components, validating completeness and quality. 3 years of establishing and enforcing coding standards for programs or scripts. 3 years of analyzing and resolving program/script or system failures. 3 years of facilitating formal code reviews for programs/scripts. 3 years of performing software system maintenance, support, and requirement analysis. 3 years of assisting in designing GUI and software components.
