?? Bring the Energy
Deliver enthusiastic, friendly service while demonstrating the Merlin Values.
?? Create Memorable Experiences
Seek out guest interactions and help make every visit fun and memorable.
?? Support Safe & Smooth Operations
Help manage guest lines and maintain a positive guest experience.
??? Keep Things Looking Great
Ensure public areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
?? Support Daily Operations
Follow opening and closing procedures to help keep the attraction running smoothly.
Qualifications & Experience
?? About You
?? You bring positive energy, love interacting with people, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
? 6 months-1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
?? Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment
?? Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
? Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
?? Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments
?? Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
? Most importantly, you're reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to help create unforgettable LEGO adventures every day! ??
