Role Overview
Insight Global is looking for an experienced Agentic AI professional to help advance a client's internal initiative focused on "agentifying" the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). The team has already completed proof of concept work and is moving into the pilot phase. This consultant will partner with two existing internal resources to bring outside expertise, fresh ideas, implementation experience, and best practices from similar Agentic AI initiatives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Partner with Automation & AI team on pilot execution
Evaluate and refine current Agentic AI architecture and roadmap
Identify additional opportunities to automate SDLC/PDLC activities
Design and implement agent workflows and orchestration patterns
Establish best practices around governance, security, evaluation, and scalability
Collaborate with internal technical resources to accelerate adoption
Bring market expertise, lessons learned, and innovative approaches from previous implementations
Help define success metrics and production rollout strategy
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation methodologies - Experience building agents for:
? Requirements gathering
? User story creation
? Test case generation
? Code review
? Documentation generation
? Change management
? Release management
Insurance or financial services industry experience
AWS AI ecosystem experience (Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, LangChain/LangGraph, AWS Analytics & Data Lake services)
Experience taking Agentic AI initiatives from POC through pilot and into production
