Job Title: Temp-To Perm Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $21.50 an hour
Job Summary:
- Serves as primary point of contact for small volume customers and writes quotes for requested projects.
- Works independently to follow-up with clients about quotes issued and maintain status in DCRM.
- Works closely with Project Manager to ensure quotes accurately reflect client needs and are priced to be profitable and competitive.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

- Monitors DCRM for inbound leads, responds to inbound leads within 4 business hours
- Writes quotes for project requests from clients.
- Routinely follows-up with clients about quotes issued and keeps DCRM up-to-date for owned activities

- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Good fundamentals and ability to learn quickly
Education and Experience:
- B.S. in Chemistry or a related field
- Experience in a customer facing role
