Pay: $21.50-$26.00/hour (based on experience)
Position: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt

Position Summary
Under direct supervision, the Wood Spray Finisher applies stains, sealers, and topcoats to wood products while ensuring each part meets quality and production standards. This position may support various finishing operations based on production demands.
Essential Responsibilities
- Apply spray sealers, stains, and topcoats to wood products
- Apply both spray and wipe stains
- Match custom stain and finish colors
- Repair wood parts and chairs as needed
- Perform quality inspections according to company standards
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on spray booths and finishing equipment
- Use the ERP system to clock in/out and maintain work orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- Wood spray finishing experience
- Ability to operate and adjust spray equipment to apply consistent, high-quality finishes
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must successfully complete an in-person spray performance test during the interview process
Preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of manufacturing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of hand tools and finishing equipment
