Position: Countertop Installer

Job Overview: As a Countertop Installer, you bring our customers’ projects to life. You’ll install granite and quartz countertops on job sites while representing Premier with professionalism, craftsmanship, and care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work each day
- Represent Premier as the face of the company by maintaining a professional, polished appearance and demonstrating respectful, customer-focused behavior
- Safely load, transport, and prepare materials before heading to job sites
- Set up the workspace and ensure a clean, professional jobsite upon completion
- Install countertops with accuracy, craftsmanship, and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates, homeowners, and contractors
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and help find effective solutions
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Someone dependable who takes pride in quality work
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials (granite and quartz)
- Comfortable with physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing)
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take feedback
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
- A strong work ethic and team-first mindset
- Willingness to learn safe lifting and installation techniques (training provided)
