- Design, configuration, and implementation of routing protocols, L2 and L3.
- Design, configuration, and implementation of HPE Aruba, Juniper, HPE Instant, and
Cisco network technologies.
- Design, configuration, and implementation of firewall technology from Sophos,
Cisco, and other vendors.
- Practical application of cybersecurity platforms using MFA, SSO, VPN, and ZTNA.
- Design, configuration, and implementation of authentication systems and
protocols.
- Design, configuration, and implementation of wireless networks.
- Working knowledge of Outlook and Google Email systems.
- Design, configuration, and implementation of Data Center, VoIP, Voice-Video, and
SDWAN platforms.
- Installation of integrated Unified Communication as-a-solution (UCaaS) and
Microsoft Teams.
- Working knowledge of Network Management platforms.
- Design, configuration, and implementation of on-premises migration to cloud
platforms.
- Troubleshooting Ethernet, TCP/IP, fiber-optic, and structured cabling issues.
- Troubleshooting fiber-optic cabling environments.
- Working with OSPF, EIGRP, and Spanning Tree protocols.
- Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra, and
Azure, Group Policies, and conditional access.
- Interfacing and troubleshooting application interfaces with identity platforms, AD,
Azure, etc.
- Experience with scripting for custom routines when required.
