We’re hiring a Marketing Communications Specialist at the Savant Group at our Midland, Michigan headquarters.
You’ll develop and execute marketing content that strengthens our brands, supports product and business growth, and gives our commercial teams the tools they need to connect with customers and channel partners. From website content, social media, and email campaigns to graphics, videos, brochures, presentations, product materials, and trade show support, this is a hands-on role for someone who can turn complex technical information into clear, compelling, and visually engaging communications.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong writing and design skills with creativity, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to move multiple projects forward on schedule.

What You'll Own
You’ll help bring our products, brands, and technical capabilities to life through strong written, visual, and digital communications. Your mission will be to create accurate, engaging, and professional marketing content that supports business growth, strengthens brand recognition, and helps our commercial teams communicate effectively with customers and partners.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Technical Services, and other internal teams to gather information, develop materials, and execute marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute marketing content across digital and print channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and product materials
- Create visually engaging graphics, infographics, videos, animations, and other multimedia content to support campaigns and product promotion
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns based on established priorities, objectives, and timelines
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring information is accurate, relevant, current, and aligned with brand standards
- Develop, format, and distribute email marketing campaigns
- Assist with trade shows, conferences, customer events, and other promotional activities
- Develop booth materials, signage, presentations, literature, and promotional items for events
- Work closely with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across marketing channels
- Develop marketing materials and sales tools for commercial teams, distributors, representatives, and channel partners
- Provide creative ideas and input to support campaign development and improve marketing effectiveness
- Stay current on marketing trends, tools, technologies, and content-development practices
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, content libraries, templates, photographs, videos, and digital resources
- Protect confidential information and comply with company policies, procedures, brand standards, and work instructions
- Perform cross-functional analysis and lead special projects as assigned
- Domestic and international travel of approximately 10% is required.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content development.
- Experience in B2B or industrial/manufacturing environments preferred.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and email marketing tools.
- Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience creating visual and multimedia content (graphics, video, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Exposure to trade shows, events, or marketing campaign execution preferred.
- Strong organization, prioritization, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment and communication with stakeholders
